Sweet & Sour Pork

1. In a mixing bowl, dredge marinated pork slice in the breading.
2. Deep fry pork until golden brown, drain then set aside.
3. In a separate frying pan, pour sweet & sour glaze and cook until boiling.
4. Add all vegetables and pineapple chunk into the sauce.
5. Turn off the flame and toss in the fried pork until well coated with the sauce.
